InterContinental Malta offers a wide selection of accommodation. Its 451 guest rooms and suites are superbly furnished and have all the comforts expected of a five-star hotel. The top three floors house Club rooms and suites, which enjoy impeccable service and upgraded facilities and amenities. Smoking and non-smoking rooms and three rooms with facilities for physically challenged guests are provided.
All rooms and suites are elegantly decorated by the award winning designers Di Leonardo International. Coral and teal palettes contrast with light wood tones ensuring each guestroom is a fresh and soothing oasis.
Rooms offer a spacious walk-in shower, separate bath, wash hand basin and toilet. Room amenities include a safe with space for a laptop computer, hairdryer and magnifying mirror, air conditioning with individual temperature controls, colour television with satellite programmes, movie channels and pay T.V, electronic door locks, one telephone line with three handsets, self dial wake up calls, soundproof doors, voicemail and message system, room billing review on television, turndown service nightly for Club rooms & suites, express pressing on request as well as same day and overnight valet service, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, fax - printer upon request, large working desk, PC and fax modem connection and private balcony. Club Rooms and Suites
The hotel's top three floors house 113 Club Rooms and Suites. Club accommodation offers upgraded facilities and amenities with access to the exclusive Club InterContinental Lounge. Club guests receive a complimentary fruit platter and mineral water on arrival, daily turndown service and local newspaper.
The Club InterContinental Lounge
The Club InterContinental Lounge is on the 15th floor, where complimentary continental buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks are served while guests enjoy the views of St Georges Bay and the lush landscaped gardens. The Club InterContinental is a hotel within a hotel. Additional services include private check-in and check-out, the individual attention of the Club InterContinental Lounge hostesses, choice of local and international newspapers and magazines, as well as internet access and a private boardroom.
Situated within the Club InterContinental Lounge, the bar can accommodate 79 persons inside, with another 60 on our extensive terrace. Guests are able to relax in the spacious lounge or sit outside and enjoy the terrace.
The Club InterContinental Lounge is open from 7:00 am - 10:30 pm.
Presidential Suite
The unique and luxurious 300 square metre Presidential Suite is extremely spacious, offering opulent surroundings consisting of a master bedroom, an interconnecting guest bedroom (an optional third bedroom is also available), a sitting room, a dining area and kitchen facilities for guests' entertainment needs. The bathroom features a luxurious hydrobath. The Suite has a fully integrated, state of the art communications system and panoramic views of the city and Mediterranean Sea in private surroundings.
To cater for needs and possible security requirements of the discerning guest, one of the hotel's six elevators can be exclusively dedicated to guests occupying the Suite, and is located in a separate wing of the InterContinental Malta. Personal valet service is also available upon request.
The Presidential Suite is fully supported by the Club Intercontinental Lounge where guests can utilize the purposely, designed boardroom. Also a fully equipped Business Centre, staffed by multilingual personnel, provides an extensive range of office services. bedroom, guest bedroom, sitting room, dining room and full kitchen facilities, as well as state-of-the-art communications systems.
