Malta is the perfect location for mixing business with pleasure, and has rapidly developed as a major conference and incentive destination. The Resort's comprehensive meeting facilities refelct this new world of opportunity.

Our team of professionals are constantly on hand to assist with the planning and organisation of your event, whether it be an exclusive private dinner for 20, a conference for 700, or a gala reception for 1,500. We can supply all the technical and operational support necessary to make any event a guaranteed success. Whilst ensuring you of a quality and cost effective package that is individually tailored to your specific requirements, we will not only reach but far exceed your expectations.

All of our function rooms benefit from natural light, climate control, and are equipped to the highest standards. Any additional specialised equipment you may need can be organised by our conference staff.

We can also organise all of your outside catering requirements, no matter how small or large, in conjunction with one of our sister companies Island Caterers Ltd., who have a fine reputation for quality food and excellent service with an unmatched record for catering for the premier events held in Malta.


The Grand Ballroom

Located on the ground floor at pool level, our imposing Grand Ballroom simply takes your breath away as you enter it for the first time.

Large windows on three sides give abundant natural light and with its high ceiling and wide open space the room can accommodate conferences as large as 350 delegates in classroom style with back projection or 700 in theatre style with front projection.

An added attraction of the Ballroom is that its doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the blue seas of the Mediterranean. This terrace can be utilised for coffee breaks, pre or post conference drinks or as a reception area for up to 500 guests.

The Ballroom is also a magnificent venue for special occasions including gala banquets, celebration receptions or simple cocktail parties.


The Carlson Suite

On the 5th floor of the Resort, this imposing room benefits from a large open area that can be used as the ideal venue for all types of meetings and conference set-ups. Like every part of the Resort it benefits from natural light. A pre and post function lobby and terrace is available for registration, coffee breaks and cocktails. It can accommodate 250 guests in theatre style, 160 in classroom style, 200 for dinners and 300 guests for a cocktail reception.


The Marie-Louse Suite

The Marie-Louse Suite is situated at the very top of the building on the 7th floor and has the same facilities as the Carlson Suite, but with slightly smaller floor area. It can accommodate 200 in theatre-style, 150 in classroom-style meetings and presentations, 150 for private dinners and banquets, and 250 for a cocktail reception. This suite can also be divided into two with a soundproof partition, therefore enabling guests to have separate meetings or presentations running concurrently. It is also ideal for small conferences with banquets held in the adjacent room.


The Clermont Suite

With direct access from the hotel's main lobby area, this room provides the perfect location for smaller meetings. It has a theatre-style capacity of 100, can seat up to 40 delegates boardroom-style, 75 in classroom-style and 125 guests at a cocktail reception. A large terrace adjacent to the suite is ideal for breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches.


The Reading Room

Situated on the 3rd floor just above the lobby area, this room is most definitely the ideal venue for small seminars, product launches and workshops. It can accommodate 80 delegates in theatre-style, 50 in classroom-style and can also cater for 100 guests at a cocktail reception. The room provides an excellent setting for intimate banquets.
