The Hotel
The Kempinski San Lawrenz is more than just an exclusive resort hotel with all the comforts 5 stars can offer. Surrounded by 30,000 sqm of subtropical garden, the hotel complex has been built to blend into the yellow limestone in a traditional style.
It provides space for 122 cool, airy rooms (46 junior suites , 54 deluxe rooms, 20 superior rooms and 2 "2 Bedroom Family Suites) made out of limestone, each of which is elegantly decorated.
Besides the rustic atmosphere in the lobby with natural stone floors, palm trees, flower beds, local woods and Mediterranean colours ranging from golden yellow to full orange, clay red, to warm brown, guests find surroundings to relax the mind and body.

For stylish dinners there is our main restaurant L' Ortolan or have an informal evening at the Trattoria San Lawrenz. These two restaurants offer outstanding Mediterranean and light Maltese cuisine with field fresh vegetables, olives, herbs and citrus picked fresh from the resort's own garden. Country cheeses, olive oil, brilliantly red tomatoes dripping with delicious juice, plates heaped high with tasty fruit - all served with great care and attention.
Fishermen from the local village of San Lawrenz supply freshly caught fish for the barbecue buffet at the garden GAZEBO. There is also one pool bar, a coffee shop and lounge with a sundown cocktail terrace and the finest pastries on the island as well as 24-hour room service. All restaurants overlook the garden from their own terraces.
Wellness & Leisure
At the Kempinskis Spa at San Lawrenz, one of the largest in the Mediterranean, guests can experience a variety of body and soul treatments including Ayurveda, Marine and herbal cure, massages, Balneo baths and Vichy water showers.

An Ayurvedic centre is headed by efficient doctors, with professionally trained and experienced staff. The Kappella conference room, with its high stone arches, is spectacular, with the aura of a Medieval banqueting hall. The Kappella Terrace for receptions in the warm Gozitan nights. Finally, there are the Dwejra, Ghorfa and Gharix rooms, ideal for small meetings, functions or celebrations.
A complete conference service is provided including simultaneous translation, advanced sound, light and projection services as well as full office support.
