The Westin Dragonara Resort offers an array of restaurants and informal al-fresco dining. With its eight restaurants (five operate in Summer only) and its six bars (three operate in Summer only), the resort has the true and unique potential to cater for all palates with distinct menus, atmosphere and entertainment. The reason why the Westin is renowned for its innovative cuisine is that the chefs' only use the freshest and best of local, Mediterranean and world fare. Private in-room dining as well as private lunches and dinners can be served on any of the resorts terraces or balconies.
The Terrace Restaurant
The Terrace Restaurant is The Westin Dragonara Resorts main restaurant. Situated at Pool Deck Level, on Level 2, the Terrace Restaurant offers an array of fresh food and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. We offer a choice of the finest product, breads, shellfish, fish, meats, pastas, pastries, cheeses…a myriad of healthy, delicious treats and tasty dishes. The Terrace is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and offers both indoor and outdoor dining. Buffet and A la Carte menus are on offer.
Palio's Restaurant
Savour Mediterranean and Italian specialities in an elegant, yet relaxed setting, either indoors or under the stars at Palio's. The Palio's menu offers pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes as well as a variety of antipasti, soups and dips.
The Compass Rose Restaurant
As one of Malta's finest restaurants, great care has been given to retain its renowned elegance and warmth. Fine silver, glowing candlelight and a beautiful setting create a memorable atmosphere. The menu is a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, is unique to the Maltese Islands, and offers a wide selection of gourmet dishes prepared with the greatest care and attention to detail by our highly skilled professional culinary team. Diners may choose to dine indoors or under the stars. Two private rooms with sea views are also available, and are ideal for special occasions or private functions.
The Boat House Grill
Be marveled by this beautiful 19th century boathouse of the Marquis Scicluna family. Dine right by the water edge and savor exquisite fresh fish and seafood in a unique and romantic setting. The Boat House Grill is open between June and September (weather permitting).
Bay View Bar & Restaurant
Situated on the Resorts main Pool Deck, the Bay View Bar & Restaurant offers an incredibly varied menu. Whether you're after a light snack such as a Club Sandwich or after something more exquisite, the Bay View Bar & Restaurant has the right dish for you! The Bay View Bar & Restaurant operates on a daily basis between April and November (weather permitting).
Banana Grove
The 'Banana Grove' Restaurant offers patrons a wide variety of hot and cold snacks, and full meals that include sandwiches, salads, pasta, grills, desserts and ices, during the long hot summer months. The 'Banana Grove' operates on a daily basis between May and October (weather permitting).
Pizza on the Reef
The 'Pizza on the Reef' is our newest addition and offers patrons a wide variety of mouth-watering pizzas, tantalizing pastas, and refreshing salads. Situated on its own enchanted peninsula within the Reef Club, the 'Reef Pizzeria' offers patrons a fantastic setting with outstanding sea views. Choose one of the 'Give me Five' Pizzas and 10% of the pizza value will go towards UNICEF immunization work! 'Pizza on the Reef' is open between June and September (weather permitting).
