Concept
Guests dress up for the occasion! Having feasted on their stomachs, the ambiance is transformed from a warm farmhouse atmosphere into a thrilling party environment, with an explosion of lights and DJ music. It all ends in an explosion of pyrotechnics!
Description
Dressed in fancy costumes, the fruit of the guests' imagination, guests congregate for a cocktail party at the hotel lobby amongst all the jeers and cheers that greet them. This is where a team of make-up artists comes in! Some guests might ask for face painting, others for a tattoo. Whatever the guests might come up with, even the most bizarre, the artists do their utmost to interpret the spur of creativity.
With spirits running high, guests board the coaches for the transfer to the event venue.
A lighting system, complete with effects and laser, is set up around the entire site, ready for the transformation: ambiance lights to highlight the patches of greenery; light floods and effects to project color pictures and moving projections on the tent's roofing; floods, and effects are rigged to focus on the dance floor. A lights festoon is the main source of lighting, before it all happens. On one of the natural platforms, another setup is organized for the live band, complete with the required lights and sound systems. Helium balloons float from each chair, set around long tables as well as from buffet stations from where the meal is served.
Whilst guests help themselves from buffet stations spread around the site, a live band plays popular and contemporary tunes.
Once guests have satisfied their appetite, the lights festoon is switched off as the band strikes its final note. After a few second of almost total darkness and silence, a playback music piece fades in to introduce a variety of movements generated by lights and sound that ultimately culminates into a climax enhanced by laser and other effects.
Soon after the climax, the DJ's voice booms on the speakers urging all guests for coffee and liqueurs outside. Once guests are out for coffee, they are surprised by a display of fireworks.
The first dance track is then on, calling all lights to follow with the beat and rhythm. The guests take the cure, and take to the dance floor to party the night away.
