Description
A Pirate Costume is distributed in each hotel room for the guests to dress up for the occasion! Full dress, complete with eye-patches and bandannas, the guests congregate at the reception area of the hotel for the transfer to the venue. This is where make-up artists come in, to satisfy any of the guests' desires for scars, bruises, tattoos or anything the guests might come up with!
The exuberant Captain Goodfella waits the arrival of his guests at the entrance of the venue, together with his sidekicks - Blikk and Blokk and his most cherished treasure - women! With fire-torches in hand, all are ready to escort the guests down into the village.
Before entering the dining area, guests are encourage for an aperitif in good company, to merry tunes played by strolling musicians (piano accordion and guitar). In the meantime, the characters act as hosts.
Naturally, Blikk and Blokk are busy picking on each other in an eternal feud that reaches boiling point when women enter the scene! And here they go again: Blikk and Blokk start showing off, only to end in childish behaviour…ridicules, Blikk and Blokk put the blame on each other…swords are swiftly drawn out to settle the dispute, until Captain Goodfella decides to put an end to all the mischief.
After all the commotion lies down, the Captain invites the guests to have a taste of his treasure! So, his women roam around the guests with a treasure chest full of rolled-up paper. The Captain asks the guests not to open the unrecognisable words that they soon find out to be lyrics in the Maltese language (written in phonetic Maltese). So, the guests join in singing the Maltese version of the pirates' song.
Then, guests are invited for dinner. The characters escort them to the dining area.
Throughout dinner, the live band plays dinnertime tunes. Meanwhile, micro-magicians hop from one table to another to intrigue the guests with tricks and talents. Naturally, the three main characters have their fair share in keeping spirits running high!
After the first course, the Captain introduces the first spot - the sword-swallowing and balancing act. Once tables are cleared from the main course, the fire-eater comes into action, assisted by the merrymaking of the female characters including some belly dancing. Some of the guests would surely get involved in fire-play and belly swinging. So the guests are warmed up for more!
After dinners, is where the live band kicks off into upbeat music! The stage explodes with lights and sound that would surely tempt all feet to dance the night away.
