The Spiteri family first appeared in the business scene in 1932, providing transport services through the company Garden of Eden.
Back then the company consisted of one bus and one driver. 70 years and 4 generations later, Garden of Eden is one of the longest established transport companies in Malta, renowned for its high level of service delivery throughout the tourism industry - in Malta and abroad.
Our fleet consists of luxury coaches, public buses, minivans (10, 14 and 18-seaters), taxis and luggage vans. Complimenting our service-oriented nature of doing business, we are proud to be the only coach company in the Maltese Islands to include tail-lift vans in our fleet - specially adapted mini vans that cater for the needs of the physically disabled.
Taking an active part in the service industry for such a long time, and working closely with a large number of foreign and local tour operators, has given our directors a unique insight into the requirements of the incoming tourist. It highlighted the various shortcomings, operators and their clients were facing, by having to go through various companies in order to put organised holidays together. It brought to light what operators, sending their clients to Malta, needed in order to increase their level of repeat business.
It was with this concept in mind that the Spiteri family established Location Malta. It is a company acting as a one-stop shop for foreign travel agencies and tour operators, able to provide any type of service or product correlated to the tourism industry. Furthermore, our compact size and aggressive market approach, gives us and our partners, the leverage needed, to be the leaders in our respective fields.
We do not claim to be the best…..but we will never stop aiming for it!
