Blue Grotto

One of the most natural breathtaking views you can enjoy in the Maltese Islands is the one over the sea and cliffs at Wied iz-Zurrieq looking towards Blue Grotto. A cathedral in stone, with Nature as its architect, Blue Grotto is an immense cave adorned with deep blue waters inside, after which it takes its name.

Given good weather and calm seas, a boat trip along the dramatic cliffs of the south coast and into the huge scale of Blue Grotto is a must for any visitor. Our tour will allow you to see the grottoes at their best, when the sun is still low enough for the rays to penetrate the caves.

After the Blue Grotto, your bi-lingual guide and driver will take you to Marsaxlokk, one of the few remaining and most typical fishing villages in Malta, where time seems to stop and tradition is more enduring that modern commerce.
